  • Unfortunately, The Whittemore House is not appropriately equipped for children. While we absolutely love your little ones, we are unable to accommodate all children at our nuptials and following celebration. A few children of immediate family members will be present, however to enrich our special day. Thank you for your understanding!

  • Gentlemen: Sophisticated suit with dinner jacket. Tie optional.

    Ladies: Floor-length or midi-length dresses. Recommended jewel tones, emerald, ruby, amethyst or black. Please refrain from wearing cocktail (short) dresses.

  • We will be staying at The Dupont Circle Hotel. We heavily recommend joining us at The Dupont Circle for the best experience. Please check out the Accommodations link to book with our room block. Our room block offers steeply discounted rates for the quality of hotel. We hope you will take advantage!

  • No, transportation will not be provided between the The Whittemore House and The Dupont Circle Hotel. The venue and the hotel are less than one block from each other (they’re next door!).
